Stamp plate holders are ideal for printing company logos and for medium to large numbers of prints. Text and images are permanently engraved on a brass plate, which is then easily fixed in the holder and can be changed just as quickly. Text is therefore part of the image here - and you can accordingly use any font available to you in your word processing or image editing programme. However, once the text is fixed, it can no longer be changed, and for other text you need a new stamp.
